Conditions

ALL ROUND REMOVALS Contract Conditions are as follows:

Hourly Rate

Jobs are done on a hourly rate, charged by the quarter of an hour or part thereof, or a pre quoted price where applicable.
The hourly rate commences from the time of arrival of the vehicle until payment is made upon completion of the job.
A 1.5 hour minimum charge applies for truck jobs and a 1 hour minimum applies for utility jobs, inclusive of the travelling time.

Travelling Time

Travelling time covers the time to drive from All Round Removals depot to the 1st address and back to All Round Removals depot from the last address of job.

One Man Jobs

If the offsider provided by the customer is not sufficiently able to the job, All Round Removals reserves the right to send for their own offsider at the customers expense. i.e The two man rates will apply once the second worker arrives.

Conditions of Insurance

All Round Removals rates include insurance for damage, caused by the actions of All Round Removals staff, to any goods or property, during loading, unloading or in transit resulting from this move. This insurance covers repair of the damaged item/s in the first instance, replacement only if the item is damaged beyond repair. There is a $250 excess payable by the customer in the event of the claim. Claims must be made in writing within seven days of the date on this contract.

Exclusions to this policy are:: Electrical misadventure (internal wires vibrating loose on electrical items).; Damage to contents of boxes, bags, suitcases or cartons which were not packed and unpacked by All Round Removals staff.; Damaged to stone/marble/earthenware products that break under their own weight
(without being bumped or dropped).
The Customer is to witness handling of these items.

Payment: The customer agrees to pay All Round Removals representative the total amount owing on completion of this contract unless prior arrangements have been made.; The customer agrees to leave an goods of at least equal value to the outstanding moneys owed if they cannot pay. Goods to be returned upon payment of moneys owed (subject to terms of carrier’s “security against payment form”).; Should the customer’s cheque be dishonoured they will pay All Round Removals any fees/costs incurred.
